Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Change the wooden gate to the left of the building (looking at it from the front) to an iron gate for security purposes (Exhibit A - current gate and Exhibit B - proposed gate). The iron gate will match the iron above the wooden gate with a mesh backing so no one can put their hands through the gate. The gate has been broken into multiple times as it easily comes off its hinges. Replace missing wood floorboard on the left side of the building (looking at it from the front) on the backside of the balcony with a new wood floorboard piece and paint (Exhibit C). Replace and paint missing wood spindle to match the other wood spindles on the left side of the building balcony (looking at it from the front) (Exhibit D). Change out a fascia wood board where the front of the house meets the back of the house on the left side (looking at it from the front) that is rotten with the same specification new wood board and paint (Exhibit E). Put up new shutters to the previous shutters specifications on the left side of the front of the house (Exhibit F).
