Renovation (Structural) Permit
Odyssey House Louisiana Tonti Street campus is a Residential Care Facility occupying various buildings on the site. This project is a renovation of building E, which is 1,438 sf existing. The scope of work for the project is to reconfigure the building to house the Clinic, which serves as an Accessory Use for the Residential Care Facility. The clinic will be relocated from its current location onsite in Building A. To accommodate the clinic, 712 sf will be added to Building E to result in a 2,150 sf, 6-exam-room clinic with two restrooms and working space for providers.Ref code GHY0E6
