Garcia Roofing is requesting permit to reroof house at given address. The scope of work includes:
Remove 3 tab roofing system and existing underlayment & haul off property to dump.
Install ice and water shield for underlayment. (Fortified Roofing application)
Install peel & stick starter strip and large ivory drip edge around perimeter of roof.
Install all new pipe boots.
Install owner provided solar power ventilator on rear of home.
Detach and reset 12 linear feet of ridge tiles. (Homeowner will provide the 5 ridge tiles needed to complete the front ridge only. 12 LF)
Re-nail decking to a fortified standard. (Homeowner is responsible for the 3rd party inspection and the fees associated with the inspection and
certification)
Install Owens Corning Duration Architectural roofing system with DuraRidge capping.
6 nails per shingle.
Walk yard with magnet.
Standard warranty.
