VCC General Work Permit

To renovate building and correct violations as per Architecture Committee approval of 02/22/2022 and materials stamped VCC approved 04/03/2023. Work includes:
• Replacement of existing abat-vent roofing material with new standing seam copper material
• Repairs to existing vitrine windows, shutters, etc. all to match existing
• Removal of existing metal gates at both side alleyways and installation of new good gates at both alleyways. New gates to be painted to match existing shutter color
• Installation on new grade mounted HVAC platforms and relocation of HVAC units to the new platforms
• Installation of new slate coping stones at parapets

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
