VCC General Work Permit

Correct violation and install new lighting as per materials stamped VCC approved 03/30/2023. Work includes:
• Repairs to existing stucco as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Repairs to front window to match existing
• Painting all repairs and graffiti areas to match existing colors and sheens
• Remove all existing, unpermitted and/or unshielded light fixtures
• Install three (3) Quorum International 3128-1-6 fixtures to the underside of the gallery centered between the gallery posts as per materials stamped VCC approved 03/30/2023
• All fixtures shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 800-1200 lumens per bulb

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
