Renovation (Structural) Permit

Renovate building to address demolition by neglect violations, modify openings, and construct gallery and awning as per plans. No electrical, mechanical, or plumbing. NO INTERIOR WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT. NO USE OR OCCUPANCY. NOTE: Light fixtures and millwork require further review and are not included in final approval. Submit shop drawings and specifications to VCC for review prior to purchase/fabrication and installation, as noted on drawings.
Doors not reviewed under this permit and will be required to meet code when permit for interior/occupancy is filed. All work to be done as per plans.
