VCC General Work Permit

To relocate a total of four (4) unpermitted wall-mounted HVAC units to the rear of the building as per Architecture Committee approval of 03/14/2023 and materials stamped VCC approved 03/22/2023. Work includes:
• Removal of existing wall-mounted units and brackets. Attachment points of brackets to be repaired as per VCC details (attached)
• Installation of four (4) units at the rear of the building on low (not to exceed 30” high) platforms
• Running of line sets neatly to the interior of the building
• Painting of line sets to match the adjacent surface

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
