VCC General Work Permit

To address violations, per attached permits stamped VCC approved 03/17/2023:
Retroactive approval to remove unpermitted fountain. Repairs to patio pavers as needed, to match existing.
Remove vegetation from masonry courtyard wall. Cut vegetation down and apply a weed and grass killer.
Remove dead roots after 1-2 days. Install new VCC mortar (formula attached) as needed where deteriorated.
Remove business sign installed without permit.
NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
