VCC General Work Permit

To renovate building including converting existing window to French doors, per Architecture Committee approve of 05/10/2022 and materials stamped VCC approved 06/10/2022. Work includes:
• Removing existing window and infill from the opening on the Dauphine elevation, closest to Toulouse
• Installing new in-swinging wood French doors in the opening; doors to match existing adjacent doors in all aspects
• Installing new board and batten shutters in the opening to match existing adjacent shutters
• At the middle opening on the Toulouse elevation – new rigid insulation to be installed behind the door and transom in a way that is easily reversible
• Any insulation that is visible through the glass to be painted flat black
