Replace siding on the back of the house. Add plywood siding, tyvek, and new hardie. Remove existing siding. Replace siding on back of house with James Hardie Board. Install Plywood 1/2in OSB on back of house. Front Stairway Remove damaged wood & Install new wood. Build two new stairways in front of property. Repair or replace any damaged wood. Frame wood on windows. Soffit Remove and replace any damage or rotten wood. Install new soffit to property matching existing material.
