Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Project Description: Selective renovation of an existing single family home to allow for a few updates and a more open floor plan. The home will receive new siding and some new window locations. The primary bathroom will be renovated, and a bathroom will be added at the front of the house. The partition wall between the kitchen and dining room will be removed to allow for open kitchen/dining. Work in existing bearing walls will be limited to widening openings while salvaging the existing structure. There are to be no changes to the foundation, roof work, etc. Raise water heater to at least the hieght of the floor.
