VCC General Work Permit

To install new shutters on the Burgundy elevation of the main building and new wood decking on the balcony of the rear building, per Architecture Committee approval of 02/28/2023 and materials stamped VCC approved 03/09/2023. Work includes:
• Retention of relocated French doors to the interior plane of the wall at the third floor of the Burgundy elevation of the main building
• Installation of new wood, fixed louvered shutters at the third floor of the Burgundy elevation of the main building
• New shutters to be painted to match existing shutters on the main building
• Installation of wood tongue and groove decking at the balcony of the rear building
• Restoration of other balcony elements on the rear building to match previously existing
