To renovate building and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 02/10/2021. Work includes:Ref code RJNTT6
• Repair to damaged/deteriorated/missing areas of stucco as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Repair of windows including replacing of broken or missing glass with new clear glazing (tempered if desired) and sealing with window glazing putty
• Installation of new 3’ tall cast iron drain boot
• Repairs to existing shutters – all third and fourth floor openings to have operable louvered shutters
• Repair/replace gallery/balcony decking with wood tongue and groove boards matched to the existing
• NOTE: No structural reinforcement to gallery/balcony approved under this permit. If a need for structural reinforcement is discovered during the work applicant to contact VCC staff with a structural proposal.
• Removal of elastomeric coating from building utilizing Franmer's Blue Bear Soy Gel or equivalent
• Retention of existing security cameras – cameras to be painted to match adjacent building surface
• Removal of all existing, unpermitted and/or unshielded light fixtures – applicant to submit spec sheet for lighting to VCC for approval prior to installation of any new light fixtures
• Removal of all non-permitted signs
