Renovation (Structural) Permit

1) Excavate where necessary for piling placement.

2) Break out concrete if needed, pour new concrete in areas of breakouts.

3) Hydraulically push approximately “80 – 90” sets of 8” x 8” x 8” solid concrete segmented pilings to the depth of refusal or 8 to 10,000 PSI, insert 5/8 steel rebar in each piling driven to prevent shifting. Steel shims to be used where necessary for leveling on top of all pilings installed and shims will be encapsulated with material appropriate for minimizing moisture intrusion to protect them against corrosion.

4) Level entire home near as possible with computer.
