VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to front and rear building and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 10/05/2026. Work includes:
• Sounding stucco and removing sections of detached, broken, or missing stucco. Apply new stucco as per VCC standard details (attached).
• Realign/repair damaged gallery columns to match existing
• Repair/reattach wood steps/stoop on the Dauphine elevation of the main building to match existing
• Repair wood shutters, gallery decking, gallery balusters all to match existing
• All repaired/replaced woodwork and stucco to be painted to match the existing colors and sheens
• Install new Maxxima 3” outdoor cylinder downlight in white finish. All fixtures shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 600-1200 lumens per bulb

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
