VCC General Work Permit

To renovate courtyard space and construct new pool and water feature, per Architectural Committee approval of 09/29/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/01/2026. Work includes:
• Demolition of the existing courtyard paving and features starting at the end of the driveway. Existing brick pavers to be salvaged.
• Installing a hard tan brick inlay pattern at the center of the courtyard and reinstalling the salvaged brick pavers around it
• Constructing a new 8’ x 3-1/2’ swimming pool with a maximum depth of 4’
• Constructing a new 4’7” x 3-1/2’ cascading water feature with a height of 3’4” adjacent to and emptying into the pool
• Creating a new 4’ x 8’ mechanical area under the balcony of the rear building
• Mechanical area to be screened with new 9’ tall horizontal board fence
