VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to foundation including replacing sills and brick piers, per Architecure Committee approval of 09/16/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 09/30/2026. Work includes:
• Replacement of up to 12’ of rotted sill with new sinker cypress material cut to match the original dimensions
• Replacement of four tilted brick piers with new concrete and CMU piers. NOTE: Two piers located at the outer wall of the building to be stuccoed to match the existing stucco wall above
• Replacement of existing brick foundations under two chimneys with new concrete pier pad
• Sistering two floor joists with new sinker cypress cut to size
• Installing a new 12’ 6x6 beam with three new piers and footings
