To repair the masonry on the Dauphine elevation of the rear building as per materials stamped VCC approved, 03/07/2023. Work includes:
• Sound existing stucco at the first floor level, repairing unsound stucco as per VCC standard details (attached)
• All existing stucco to be painted to match existing color (no exposed brick to be painted)
• At the second floor level, any cracked/broken/missing bricks to be replace with bricks that match existing in all respects
• Remove all vegetation growing from masonry
• Repoint masonry as per VCC standard details (attached). Mortar is not to be applied over the face of the bricks under any circumstances.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations but does not address all existing Vieux Carré Commission violations. Additional application(s) need to be submitted within sixty (60) days to address remaining violations. Failure to do so may result in this property being scheduled for an administrative adjudication hearing and subject to fines. Work under this permit shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
