Exterior replace the siding on the side of the house and the back of the house for cement board. For the front we are just going to sand and buff. Repair the existing wood windows. Paint the entire exterior. Interior repair damaged sheetrock, replace outlets, switches, lights and fans. Paint entire interior. Replace Kitchen cabinets. Sand and refinish the wood floors.
