Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

The proposed work consists of modifications to the existing parking lot and drive-thru lane to accommodate a dedicated mobile-order drive-thru entrance. The end wall of the existing trash enclosure will be partially reconstructed to provide the clearance necessary for the new mobile-order lane. The existing canopies will remain in place and are not part of this scope.
The curb line at the main entrance, located immediately beyond the public sidewalk, will be realigned to facilitate reconfiguration of the on-site vehicular circulation pattern serving the drive-thru while allowing direct access to the parking spaces. The secondary egress on S. Carrollton Ave. will be realigned and designated as a dedicated exit only.
Two existing parking spaces will be removed as part of this reconfiguration; however, the remaining on-site parking count will continue to meet the minimum number of spaces required by the City of New Orleans.
Additional pavement striping and wayfinding signage will be provided to direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic and to improve overall site safety.
