EMERGENCY STRUCTURAL STABILIZATION DUE TO PARTIAL BUILDING COLLAPSE- scope of work to include structural stabilization as described by the Structural Assessment Report submitted by PACE Group, LLC; other partial collapse related repairs include- partial removal and reconstruction of existing parapet wall and chimney stack, reconstruction of front facade roof, re-stabilization/reframing of existing building roof, interior shoring, front facade masonry wall shoring, reconstruction of front facade balcony, decorative brackets, openings, and any other items associated with damaged caused by the partial collapse.
