New Construction Permit

This permit includes the following upgrades and improvements to the East Bank Sewage Treatment Plant located at 6501 Florida Avenue: a new electrical building for the North RAS Pump Station replacing an existing electrical room. This is shown as Area Code 52 on the site key plan included as drawing G-00-101. Refer to drawings associated with Area Code 52 for this new electrical building within the uploaded drawings. This project will include other improvements submitted under a separate Structural Renovation Permit and Structural Non-Renovation Permit. A contractor will be awarded this project once the bidding phase is completed. This project is currently between 90% design and 100% design. It is expected to be advertised for bid in March 2025. At this time, the contractor's information and quote for the work will be provided. A preliminary cost of $15 million is listed as a placeholder.
