Upgrade: Full Secondary Water Barrier - Install a fully adhered secondary water barrier membrane (ice and water shield) over the entire roof deck in place of the 4" strips and one layer of felt.
install new drip edge around entire perimeter of roof, Install a peel and stick starter strip around the perimeter of the house per fortified requirements,
install a limited lifetime warranted architectural shingle with premium hip/ridge cap shingles,
replace all lead flanges and galvanized jack and caps as needed,
reuse all existing flashing
