1. Pressure wash and clean the entire wall on the Diamond street side of the property. 2. Remove all growth and rake joints and re-grout where necessary. 3. Clean and prime the existing exposed metal where the overhead door once existed. 4. Install metal flashing as per the attached sketch like the existing metal flashing. 5. Prime and paint the entire metal flashing along the Diamond street wall. 6. We will do some minor cleaning and repairs on the front wall in an effort not to damage or destroy the existing mural paint job.
