VCC General Work Permit

To add height to existing masonry garden walls as per Architecture Committee approval of 12/20/2022 and materials stamped VCC approved 03/07/2023. Work includes:
• Increasing the height of the side property line walls to approximately 9’4” using matching bricks and mortar mixed as per VCC standard details
• The last 8-1/2’ of the wall as it nears the front property line to reduce in height to 7’8”
• Increasing the height of the rear property line wall to a height of 10’ using matching bricks and mortar mixed as per VCC standard details
• Two vertical feet of the wall near the top of the wall to feature voids or perforations in a checkerboard pattern
