VCC General Work Permit

To construct new CMU wall with sliding metal gate across the front property line as per Architecture Committee approval of 07/14/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 09/17/2026. Work includes:
• Construction of new CMU wall to a height of 11’. Wall to feature:
o a ¾” smooth painted stucco finish over galvanized metal lath and a precast concrete cap
o a total of four pilasters rising to a height of 11’8” with a precast concrete cap
o a total of nine new Remcraft 200 series sconces to be painted or prefinished to match the adjacent wall surface. All fixtures shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 800-1200 lumens per bulb
• Construction of a new sliding metal vehicular gate measuring 14’ wide. Gate to feature:
o 1/8” thick x 3” wide steel flat bars welded to the outside of sheet metal
o 14 ga. Sheet metal welded to the interior frame
o 2x2 steel gate frame
• Construction of a painted wood beaded board door for pedestrian access

NOTE: All elements to be painted. Painted to be permitted separately. Wall replacing previously existing wall that was permitted for emergency demolition due to imminent danger of collapse under permit 26-10891-VCGEN.
