Supply the necessary manlift to access the roof and gutters around the building, Remove the bad caulking and sealant in the areas of the efflorescence and other necessary areas. Reseal with a high quality urethane caulk, Clean and prep the seams in all the blind valleys. Apply the Gaco silicone sealant to any seams and joints in the blind valleys, Install new copper splash guards as needed where the gutters are overflowing. Approximately 2 locations, Resecure the faux brackets for the downspouts around the building as needed, Remove the short downspouts that run into the leadhead in the 2 locations where overflowing. Clean the leadheads. Modify and reinstall the existing downspout to allow better flow of the water into the leaderhead.
