· PROVIDE NEW 2"X6" STUDS, 1/2" PLYWOOD SHEATHING, WATERPROOF HOUSE WRAP AND R-13 INSULATION.
· REMOVE AND REPLACE ALL DETERIORATED SIDING. PAINT ALL SIDING TO MATCH EXISTING

WINDOWS & DOORS
· REPLACE ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING DOORS IN EXISTING OPENING.
· REPLACE ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING WINDOWS WITH LOW E, ENERGY EFFICIENT WINDOWS IN EXISTING OPENING
· CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ALL ROUGH OPENINGS OF DOORS AND WINDOWS
· REPLACE ALL WINDOW AND DOOR SILLS AND HEADERS

OTHER EXTERIOR ELEMENTS:

-TERMITE PROTECTION WITH SOIL TREATMENT WILL BE PROVIDED
-ALL EXTERIOR TRIM AND DECORATIVE MOLDINGS WILL BE PAINTED.
