VCC General Work Permit

To restore decorative trim elements above second floor openings and at the second floor frieze band, per Architecure Committee approval of 08/11/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 09/08/2026. Work includes:
•the installation of ten cast stone headers to be installed above each of the ten second floor openings of the main building
•the installation of new cast stone frieze band in locations where currently missing to match the existing intact frieze band
•the installation of new cast stone rosettes in locations where they are currently missing to match existing adjacent ones
•the restoration of existing decorative plaster elements including paint removal and repair/replacement of broken/missing elements

All painting to be permitted separately.
