Exterior envelope restoration on fenestrations. Scope includes restoring all original wooden windows on both sides of the double shotgun (passthroughs and 6/6 units (7 units total), does not include existing aluminum (1) or vinyl windows (1)), all glass and historic fabric to be retained or replaced in-kind (old growth cypress, 1/8" glass). One pair of original shutters on the side street facing elevation to be restored, two sets of existing arch headed shutters on facade to be repainted, repaired, reinstalled. Two pairs of new arch headed shutters to match existing in material and profile will be milled for the two pass-through windows on the facade. Existing cast iron metal panels (2) on facade pass-through windows to be removed and refinished. Street elevation on 1440 side contains non-original salvaged french door set - replace this with an original damaged 4-panel door from a rear side door not visible from the street on the 1438 side (see photo and attached drawing). Operational repairs to existing interior pocket door in parlor, minor laminate and fitting of one exterior door.
