VCC General Work Permit

To install one new scupper and downspout on the Bourbon St. elevation of the rear, brown-rated building, per Architecure Committee approval of 08/25/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 08/27/2026. Work includes:
Installation of new TPO Clad metal through wall scupper
Installation of new Kynar coated steel box collector in front of the scupper on the outside of the wall
Installation of a new 6" x 6" Kynar coated steel downspout
New box collector and downspout to be medium bronze in color
Installation of a new 3' x 4' piece of TPO walkpad on the lower roof in the location of the downspout discharge
Enlarge the existing roof drain of the lower roof to accomodate the additional volume
