Install double layer OC U20 synthetic felt over entire roof installing OC Rhino ice and water shield in valleys and around penetrations. Install 26 gauge drip edge and OC Starter Plus strips on all rakes and eves. Install OC Duration Class 3 shingles (Estate Grey) over entire roof installing OC ProEdge shingles on all hips and ridges. Install new flashing around 2 chimneys. Install 8 low profile vents around roofs for ventilation. Install new plumbing boots. Reinstall terra cotta ridge tiles. Remove old flat roof in rear of house down to bare decking. Replace any rotten decking. Install SA Pro peel and stick base sheet over entire flat roof. Install SA Pro cap sheet (Slate) over entire flat roof installing drip edge around entire flat roof perimeter. Haul away debris
