Remove Old architectural shingle
- Remove old underlayment
- Re Nail all plywood with 3 inch framing nails
- Install 14 Rolls of ice and water shield
- Refurnish and Install new drip edge all around the perimeter of the home
- Install 26sq of architectural shingles including 1sq of ridge and 1sq of
starter.
- Installed shingles with 1 1/4 in nails
- Refurbish and install 1 new turbine
- Install new wall flashing if needed
- Add New roof Jacks on roof
- Haul away trash and debris
- Remove Old Flat roof
- Install 3 in framing nails on plywood
- Install drip edge around perimeter of the roof
- Install needed wall flashing
- Install Base coat on roof
- Install 2 sq of Top coat
