Interior Renovation of The Public Areas on Levels 1, 2, and 3 of an Existing Hotel. The majority of the work is limited to flooring, wall-coverings, paint, and lighting. In the Spa on level 1 - a few walls are being re-worked to reorganize the fitness machines and separate them from spa areas. A new half-level convenience stair is being added to connect an indoor pool with the Spa Mezzanine. The pool and hot tub are being renovated and the size of both reduced. On level 3, minor wall and door adjustments are being made at the Library Bar, Retail, Bar and Restaurant areas. The restaurant is being reduced in area to create dedicated circulation space separated by a screen wall. A music performance platform is being demolished and replaced in a slightly different position within the restaurant. Restrooms are only receiving new finishes - no new plumbing nor partition layout are being provided. 1 additional single-occupant toilet is being added to fitness.
