Requesting to retain existing sign structure and sign box currently installed at 321 N. Broad. No changes will be made to the existing sign box dimensions, location, mounting, or structual framework. The proposed work consists only of updating the existing sign by: Removing the existing Tuxedo Dat sign panel/face. Installing a new replacement sign panel displaying Poree's Embroidery branding and business identification. Replacing and/or repairing the existing internal sign lighting as necessary to properly illuminate the new Poree's Embroidery sign panel, Utilizing the existing sign box, electrical connections, supports and existing sign location.
