VCC General Work Permit

“Phase 2” renovation of building in conjunction with a change of use to art gallery/residential, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 08/12/2026. Work primarily includes roof replacement, structural repairs, new elevator penthouse, mechanical, and rear roof deck. Previously permitted Phase 1 work was interior only. Phase 3 to be approved and stamped separately.

NOTE: All mortar to be VCC formula, attached. No prepackaged mixes permitted. Submit specs for all exterior equipment, roofing materials, finish samples, light fixtures, etc. to VCC staff for final review and approval prior to purchase/installation. Shop drawings must be submitted to VCC staff for final review and approval prior to fabrication and installation. Protect metal shutters at rear and submit full proposal for repair in kind to VCC.
