ALL WORK TO TAKE PLACE ON LEFT SLOPE BOURBON ELEVATION
remove and replace slate tile shingles where necessary.
all replacment slate it to match existing slate, gray/ green, 12"x18" tiles
new ice and water shield where necessary
new decking where necessary
Metal cap-flashing on parapets or chimneys is not allowed
Rubber mastic and liquid applied waterproofing/sealants are not allowed on parapet walls or parapet caps unless explicitly permitted
Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs. All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines. Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls. Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.
