ALL REPAIR WORK IS TO MATCH EXISITNG
SLATE IT TO MATCH EXISTING SLATE IN SIZE, SHAPE AND COLOR
Remove the necessary slate around the base of the chimney. Remove the existing flashing.
Install a water barrier membrane and new 16 ounce copper flashings. Install felt and new slate where removed,
Clean all gutters on entire house; bag and dispose of debris associated with this cleaning,
Install a new slate where missing on the side of the dormer near the chimney,
IF NEEDED Remove the necessary slate along the wall. Remove the existing flashing. Install a water barrier membrane and new 16 ounce copper flashings. Install felt and new slate where removed.
