VCC General Work Permit

To replace roof per attached materials stamped VCC approved 08/05/2026, as follows:
Remove existing modbit roof. Install 1-1/2” ISO board and 60mil gray TPO. TPO must be gray to reduce reflectivity, white TPO not permitted.
Install termination bars at the inside face of parapets and install masonry cap per typical detail, attached.
Install TPO flashing around HVAC units and term bar.
Metal cap-flashing on parapets or chimneys is not allowed
Rubber mastic and liquid applied waterproofing/sealants are not allowed on parapet walls or parapet caps unless explicitly permitted
Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs
 All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines
Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls
Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.
