Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Remove asbestos bagging it as its removed from main house and back house. Install 1/2" cdx plywood over entire main house roof and back house using 3" ring shank nails. Install GAF Stormguard ice and water shield over entire main house roof and back house roof. Install copper drip edge on all rakes on both roofs Install 12" x 18" Vermont grey/green slate (approximately 32 squares with waste for both roofs) using 2" copper nails over entire main house roof and back house roof. Install new ridge tiles over all hips and ridges on main house roof and back house roof and point with masonry cement. Install new lead boots on all plumbing pipes penetrating roofs. Install ventilation if needed, i.e. solar power vent. Remove old flat roof, Install GAF Stormguard on flat roof. Install GAF 1 iso-board over flat roof using 3" iso-plates and 3" mechanical fastners. Install GAF 60 mil TPO (approximately 2 squares with waste) using GAF TPO Bonding adhesive Install roof edge and GAF TPO cover tape using cover tape adhesive to roof edge. Haul away all project debris.

THIS IS A PERMIT AFTER THE FACT, THE ROOF WORK IS COMPLETE.
