Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

To replace entrance ironwork and gate at the Dumaine St. side of the alleyway and to install a new metal gate at the back of the side alleyway as per Architecture Committee approval of 02/25/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/01/2025. Work includes:
• Removal of the existing ironwork and gate at the Dumaine St. side of the alley and attached to the house
• Installation of new beadboard wall divider, beadboard header, and beadboard gate with the height of the new enclosure to match the existing ironwork
• Beadboard to be painted to match existing house wall color
• Trim to be painted to match existing trim color
• Installation of a new metal gate in the alleyway at the rear wall of the house
• Metal gate to feature square pickets punched through the horizontal flat bars
• No backing to be installed on the gate.
