VCC General Work Permit

To address violations cited in case 21-06242-VCCNOP, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 07/30/2026, as follows:
Add horizontal capping to existing fence and gate, and paint to match shutter color.
Retain light fixtures throughout. Paint housings to match adjacent surface to minimize visibility.
Repair deteriorated wood casing at rear window as needed to match existing in size, detail, profile, material, reveal, color, and finish.
Repair and paint all exposed wood, PVC, conduit and/or vents to match existing/adjacent surface, as needed.
Retain HVAC relocation, platform and screening. Paint exposed wood base to match lattice.
Retain courtyard fan structure, replacement steps, balcony repairs, shutter repairs, and vegetation abatement. Remove exposed spray foam and repair as needed.
