VCC General Work Permit

Per attached materials stamped VCC approved 07/28/2026:
Remove wood siding and existing bifold doors from Dauphine elevation of Brown rated garage structure. Construct new wood framed wall with plaster finish, three-lite transom, wood transom bar, and six-paneled wood garage door. Metal coping allowed due to wood frame construction. Reveal on Dauphine to be 1-1/2" or less. Coping to be copper or painted to match adjacent surface. Submit separate VCC paint application for review at staff level prior to application of any paint. All masonry repairs to use VCC mortar formula, attached. Joints must be tooled to match existing.
Submit keypad specs and garage door shop drawings for final review prior to purchase/fabrication and installation.
