Removal of shutters: The shutters were removed. Installation of inappropriate roof shingles:The shingles were repaired with architectural, GAF, shingles.Removal of siding: The siding is smooth finish siding. The siding has already been purchased to complete the rear/front of the building prior to the stop work order. Sill and stud work done: The sill was replaced with 6x6 pressure treated wood only where termite had damaged the sill. The same for the studs only the termite damaged studs were replaced. Removal of soffit/fascia@ left side of building: It will be reinstalled. It was already purchased, prior to stop work order.
