Specialty Restaurant Interior renovation of the existing vacant tenant space to accommodate a new ice cream and popsicle shop. Existing structural systems, exterior walls, roof framing, floor framing, and primary building elements are to remain unchanged. Work will include refinishing of existing wall surfaces, patching and preparation of substrates, installation of new interior finishes suitable, construction of new millwork, including service counters, point-of-sale areas, display elements, cabinets, and related trim. Existing floor surfaces will be prepared and coated with a new durable, cleanable floor coating system. A new fire-resistance-rated ceiling assembly will be installed where required to provide code-compliant separation from adjacent or upper-story occupancies.
