Master Bathroom Remodel
Demo and haul away existing wet area including tub, wall surround and shower fixtures.
Demo and haul away existing vanity and vanity faucets.
Demo and haul away existing flooring and toilet in water closet.
-Demo and haul away partition wall between hallway and laundry room.
Supply and install new acrylic 72” x 36” tub with a right hand drain. Prepare for and install a new tile surround including a 14”x14” niche and schluter profiles matching finish on the plumbing. Approximately 82 SF. Tile design TBD by customer.
-Supply and install new Delta Shower and Tub fixtures.
Replace existing water lines for vanity and shower fixtures.
Supply and install a new 84” double vanity along with plumbing fixtures.
Supply and install new Kohler elongated toilet.
Supply and install approximately 18 sq ft of tile. Design TBD by customer.
Eliminate existing door connecting bathroom to hallway and patch Sheetrock leaving it “paint ready” on both sides.
Make opening for Washer/ Dryer combo 24” taller and 6” wider. Patch all Sheetrock as necessary leaving it “paint ready”.
