-Remove and replace wall at back left side of property. Temporary support walls and shoring of second floor and roof needed in order to complete repair. To include structural beams, wall framing, plywood, house wrap and vinyl siding. Area is approximately 16 feet x 24 fee, 2-story.
-Replace (1x) pre-hung, exterior door at left side of house.
-Remove and replace siding plywood, house wrap and siding at middle right side. Area is approximately 200 sq feet.
-Replace siding and wrap at back gable side of house. Approximately 100 sq feet.
-Replace 5 pieces of siding at back right side of house.
-Remove and replace window casing and sill rotted from termite damage. To include (x3) 3x4 windows at right side and (x8) 3x4 windows on left side. Prime and paint trim to match existing. Includes detaching and resetting trim and vinyl siding around window in order to repair.
-Remove and replace roof, match existing. Up to 20 squares. To include new drip-edge and up to 5 pipe jacks. No digging under this permit

NO USE AND OCCUPANCY- no Certificate of Occupancy until the Zoning Verification is complete.
