VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to courtyard facing balconies as per materials stamped VCC approved 07/15/2026. Work includes:
•Top-side and/or bottom-side concrete repairs at all balconies exhibiting damage
•Routing and sealing cracks in the concrete
•Saw cutting and repairing concrete to match in areas where concrete has spalled or delaminated
•Applying a new traffic bearing waterproofing coating to the top sides of all balconies. Color of coating to match existing balcony color
•Installation of new stainless steel sheet metal flashing on all sides of the balconies. Flashing to be painted to match color of the finished concrete
