Remove asbestos and bag it up for hauling away. Install 1/2” CDX plywood over entire roof using 3” ring shank nails every 4” on rafters. Install MFM deck tape over all decking seams. Install OC U20 synthetic felt over entire roof installing OC Rhino ice and water shield in valleys and around penetrations. Install 26 gauge drip edge and MFM roll starter on all rakes and eves. Install OC Duration Class 3 shingles over entire roof (Williamsburg Grey) installing OC ProEdge shingles on all hips and ridges. Install overlapping Heckor ridge tiles on all hips and ridges using 6” stainless steel screws and NP1 sealant. Reflash chimney. Install new plumbing boots. Install low profile 750 vents for ventilation. Haul away debris
