Selective interior demolition to remove damaged finishes and deteriorated materials. Repair and replacement in kind of deteriorated roofing, chimney flashing, masonry chimney, foundation piers, exterior siding/weatherboards, soffits, fascia, exterior trim, gutters, downspouts, exterior windows, exterior doors, porch decking, porch steps, architectural porch brackets, porch handrails, fencing, gravel walkway and parking area improvements, exterior painting, removal of security bars and security doors, vegetation removal, debris removal, and other exterior repairs necessary to correct HDLC demolition-by-neglect violations. All work to be performed in accordance with the approved HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness and applicable City of New Orleans codes.
